CAMEL Brut Methode Traditionnelle
Camel Brut, born from the fusion of two different Japanese grape producing areas, is a blend of Camel Farm Winery’s Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from Akeno-cho, Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture. Winemaking was outsourced to Yamanashi and after 36 months of bottle ageing, was disgorged in Camel Farm Winery. Camel Brut could not have been produced without an incredible cooperation of many people between Italy, Hokkaido and Yamanashi.

Tasting notes
Pale, shining golden colour. Fine, delicate and persistent bubbles. Aromas of crunchy sweet pear, green apple, citrus fruits and acacia flowers are supported by pronounced mineral notes, rich hints of patisserie and dry fruits. The first attack is generous and fresh, while the bubbles are fine and delicate. The finish keeps lingering in notes of citrus fruit and umami, delivering an harmonic example of balance between freshness and evolution.
