Although we worried about the low grape yield, the grapes ripened at a much faster pace than we expected thanks to the good weather during September. Therefore, we decided to seal the tank during first fermentation to directly create bubbles without using second fermentation, thus giving a different twist to the final sparkling wine.

Lively pale yellow with green rim. Fine persistent bubbles with fresh hints of citrus fruits and aromatic herbs. The palate is dry yet fruity with notes of fresh lemon and green melon, while sharp acidity and fine bubbles create a lively balance. The finish is persistent, with rich umami notes coming from the long ageing. Legami is a great expression of our terroir.
